The Tartanilla (Pasil, Cebu City)
For just 5-7PHP, this is still a mode of transportation on this side of the city.

…and how cute is their menu? haha It’s even cuter when you open it because everything is handwritten and personalized. You can also freely stick post-its and leave notes on their walls. They have free sticky notes and pins on each table. :) They also take pictures (mostly polaroids!) of customers and hang them in various areas inside the shop. ^_^

120508 Sunday 2PM Cafe @ Mabolo, Cebu City 3 things: FREE BOOKS (you can loan books, bring it home & just leave a deposit. If you’re a frequent customer, they won’t ask you for anything), Free & FAST WI-FI, AFFORDABLE DRINKS + FOOD (price range: $2-4USD). Cebu is slowly turning into a Korea town. lol There’s lots of Korean style coffee shops popping up lately and i’m loving it because these shops are so home-y you can basically just sit anywhere and do your own thing (study, read books, play games). They don’t even ask you to pay for extra $$$ for wi-fi unlike Starbucks and other coffee shops. I will definitely come back with @rizchan and bring more friends. :)
