I was able to visit their second branch earlier and i love the reading nook at the side of the shop.
Love love Fully Booked’s customer service. I sent inquiries to another popular local bookstore at about the same time and they didn’t reply as fast (they weren’t as ~warm~ lol as Lucy either). Fully Booked also made it easier by allowing me to just pick up the book i ordered from the nearest branch and pay for it at the store itself. Granted FB probably included the shipping fees from the total since this is a special order but i appreciate it when a shop actually makes it easier for their customers. Saves me the hassle since i really don’t want to think about extra shipping charges etc.
